Learnsights is a new analytics solution in the EdTech space. The product aims to disrupt education by empowering the thousands of EdTech startups that are working in this space, with analytics that look at the learner from a fresh and holistic perspective, and by providing actionable insights
The Users
Game-based Startups (EdTech) and Educators.
The Challenge
* Create dashboard specifications for two types of users: 1. Game-based Startups 2. Teachers
* Provide EdTech startups with a competitive edge – showing schools the impact they have on learners in a wide range of skills and learning outcomes.
The Process
I received a requirements document from the CPO and had to divide the data into what stage it is necessary.
What is the sorting in each of the components?
According to what is it done?
Which components the user would see in the overview and what drill down each one would have?
What are the most important data for the user in the insights?
What is the hierarchy between the components?
What kind of graph suites for each component?
Solution & Flowchart
I have organized the information by timeline, categories and charts. I provided a search bar on the top and the user taps what he is looking for. Option to filter by date range, by all drill-down levels and by specific items from the drill-down hierarchy

User Feedback
Teachers said it was too complicated for them. It was therefore decided that the dashboard interface would remain at this level for the company analysts, And teachers will get a simpler mobile-friendly one.
Integration with Wizdi
Wizdi is a system of interactive activities and online tools developed in full accordance with the tasks and ways of learning, which enable the assessment and performance of students.
The company required an analytics add-on for their product that will allow the teacher to analyze the student's results in assigned tasks accordingly.
I was asked to take inspiration from the Learnsights UI in the product and integrate it into the Wizdi product.
